Scholarships

**SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE 2024 YEAR ARE NOW CLOSED**

 

Five (5) $1,000 scholarship opportunities are available to qualifying high school seniors in Orange and Osceola Counties:

1. Lillian B. Seays Academic Scholarship (One Scholarship Awarded)

2. Melinda Gail Poole Community Service Scholarship (One Scholarship Awarded)

3. Empowerment Scholarship (One Scholarship Awarded)

4. Norma Jean Smith Bynes Performing Arts Scholarship (Two Scholarships Awarded)

 

Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded to qualifying high school seniors in Orange and Osceola Counties that demonstrate excellence in the areas described in each of the individual scholarship applications.

 

The deadline for all scholarship applications is Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Note: Immediate family members of Orange County (FL) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are not eligible to apply for these scholarships.
